Scopus is not only an interdisciplinary search engine, but also a citatie index. You can look up all articles cited in an article (in the bibliography) or you can look for articles that cite a particular work or work by a particular author (cited by). You can also see how often your own articles are cited. A useful tool for this is the H-index. You can set up an alert for when someone quotes one of your articles.
Are you looking for your own H-index or do you want to know how often you are cited in Scopus?
NB! When calculating metrics, Scopus does not go back further than 1995.
If you are looking for researchers in certain areas, use the 'Researcher Discovery' option on the Scopus homepage.
Search for a specific topic and filter in the results list by year, country and/or organization.
For more information, please visit the helppage Researcher Discovery FAQ.
If you want to know more about a specific organisation, use the 'Organizations' option on the Scopus home page.
Example: type 'Utrecht' in the search bar and click on the arrow. Then choose 'Utrecht University' and/or 'University Medical Center Utrecht', or one of the other options.
In the subsequent organisation profile you will find information about documents, authors, partnerships and how the organisation contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals.
